They have chosen the speciality <strong>SVT (Sciences de la vie et la t\u00e8rre)<\/strong>. In this subject they discover the properties of enzymes through saliva, which hydrolyses starch into maltose.\n<\/ul>\n<ul>In addition, they have discovered the gradual disappearance of starch (thanks to tests with iodised water) and the appearance of maltose (thanks to Fehling's reagent). <\/ul>\n<ul>By experimenting, students make learning their own.
