Es la versi\u00f3n francesa de las torrijas espa\u00f1olas, aunque tiene algunas singularidades: una que se usa mantequilla en vez de aceite, lo que hace que la corteza de este &#8216;Pain perdu&#8217; sea m\u00e1s dorada y crujiente, y luego tiene tambi\u00e9n huevo, leche e incluso nata, para que sea m\u00e1s cremosa.
