The aim of "l'école maternelle" is to help each child to become independent and to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to obtain the basic knowledge from the age of 6, while respecting the child's pace and rhythm of development.

The maternity school

The "l'école maternelle" programme presents the main areas to be addressed during the three years prior to entry into compulsory education, setting out the objectives and competences to be acquired before entering primary school.

At "l'école maternelle", the child establishes relationships with other children and adults. He exercises his motor, sensory, emotional, relational and intellectual skills and gradually becomes a student. He discovers the world of writing.
