Pedagogical method

We follow the French educational system, endorsed by the French Ministry of Education. This approach puts the pupil at the centre of learning and adapts to his or her pace and needs, so that each child progresses in a safe and motivated way.

In Primary we do not work with grades or failures. We assess whether competencies are acquired, in progress or to be acquired. This allows each pupil to receive the help they need, promoting fairer and more personalised learning.

The entire teaching team works on projects: reading, scientific, cross-cutting or even inspired by the children's journeys of one, two or even five days. These projects connect learning with real experiences.

Manipulating, experimenting, formulating hypotheses and testing results are part of our daily routine. We want children to be the protagonists of their learning, constructing their own knowledge rather than memorising information.

In France, and also in our school, homework in primary school is limited to 15 to 30 minutes a day. The aim is for pupils to be able to do their homework independently, learning to organise themselves and to work autonomously.

We want our students to be responsible, critical, argumentative and open-minded towards different cultures: Spanish, French and English. And above all, that they grow up happy and prepared for life.

The result of this method is children who reason, argue, criticise and go beyond what they learn in class, developing skills that will stay with them for life.
