Learning by doing in the Molière laboratory

By experimenting, pupils make learning their own
- The students of the 1st Baccalaureate of the Lycée français Molière enter the laboratory. They have chosen the speciality SVT (Sciences de la vie et la tèrre). In this subject they discover the properties of enzymes through saliva, which hydrolyses starch into maltose.
- In addition, they have discovered the gradual disappearance of starch (thanks to tests with iodised water) and the appearance of maltose (thanks to Fehling's reagent).
- By experimenting, students make learning their own. Learning by doing is one of the foundations of our pedagogy.
