The French school calendar enters the debate in Aragon

Molière invited to a debate on the school calendar

The Aragon School Council is working on a new school calendar project to improve the education system in the province. For this reason, they have requested the presence of the Director of Infant and Primary Education, Muriel Fabre, to present the French model, its operation and application. Our school calendar, along with other European and Spanish ones, have served as a basis for reflection in the Council, whose aim is the progress of Aragonese education.

Pixel Art, at the Molière

Pixel Art: Art and mathematics in one

Inspired by the new digital art or pixel art, the 5th grade pupils of the Lycée français Molière in Zaragoza have chosen some figures to pixel them and then reproduce them themselves. The process required their mathematical skills. Their works are now on the school walls.

«L'écologie, c'est la vie», the slogan of the ECOscuola Molière

We awarded the prizes of the slogan competition

Our EcoSchool is making progress at the Lycée français Molière. We have just awarded prizes to the winners of the slogan competition.
The winners were Jorge Vidal, 5th Grade Primary School, in the Primary School category with his slogan «When we recycle at Molière, we improve nature».
And in the Collége category, the winner was Ariadna Valero López, from 2nd ESO, with the sentence «L'écologie, c'est la vie!.
Both slogans are already on the walls of the canteen to remind everyone of the importance of recycling and caring for the planet.

Getting to know the world at the Molière: China

3rd year Infant pupils travel to China

At the Lycée français Molière we climbed the Great Wall of China. We discovered China through stories, the objects we each brought to class, music and the testimony of a mother from the Asian country. One corner of the classroom was dedicated to this Asian country. There, the pupils were able to bring in objects they had brought from home with elements representing China: rice, chopsticks, dolls, banknotes, clothes... In addition, a mother from the school told the pupils about the country. The project has also included plastic arts with a large mural made in cooperative work between all the pupils. As well as being multidisciplinary, the project opened the children's eyes to the world.
